花 海 健 行

哈崗Skyline山徑步道   縱走至   羅蘭崗Schabarum公園

遊春踏青   老少咸宜

 

行程:                 三哩平緩山徑, 且多為下坡路, 春天開滿野花, 漫步賞花,

                   鬧中取靜, 山光野趣, 走走停停, 約三小時可輕鬆完成.

 

日期:                  二零零八年  四月廿六日, 星期六.  

 

集合時間:             上午八時半至九時半.

 

集合地點:       1. 出發點在Hacienda Blvd. 與Skyline交口左 (向東)轉山徑入

    口處,  附近無處可泊車. 為結束後取車方便, 請泊車在近終點處.

(參照附圖一)       2. 請先將不駕車的參加者自行送至出發點.

3. 請駕車者(Driver)單人將汽車駛往Colima Rd. 與Azusa Ave. 交  

口處, 泊車在Albertson停車場內, 並於九時半前在Round

Table  Pizza前集合, 我們會安排車輛將您送至出發點.

                                      

建議裝備:            1.  運動鞋襪, 長褲, 長袖上衣, 遮陽帽. 請勿穿涼鞋, 高跟鞋, 短褲 !

                             2.  揹包, 驚蛇用手杖, 飲水, 零食.

                             3.  手套, 小刀, 望遠鏡, 照相機.

 

餐飲:                    1.  在出發點組隊出發前, 將每人分發飲水一瓶.

(參照附圖二)       2.  健行終點在 Schabarum 公園內.

3.    蒙Prudential Insurance贊助, 在其公司提供免費簡便午餐, 請

按圖自行前往17700 Castleton St, Industry.

 

其他注意事項:     1. 本活動不收費用, 亦無須預先報名, 歡迎闔家參加.

                             2. 十八歲以下兒童需有家長陪同參加.

                             3. 為確保安全, 請發揮團隊精神, 服從嚮導及服務人員之安排.

4.   編隊出發前每人須登記姓名資料並請簽 ”免責同意書”.

5.     到達終點前, 如必須獨自離隊行動, 請務必通知服務人員.

Assumption of Risk Agreement

免責同意書

 

The National Taiwan University Alumni Association of Southern California (“NTUAASC”) is organizing a half-day hiking activity on April 26th, 2008, from Skyline, Hacienda Heights to Schabarum Park, Rowland Heights on a public trail (“The Activity”).

 

I am aware that there may be certain risks associated with the Activity, such as personal injuries or property loss.  I have been made aware that neither NTUAASC, nor any director and/or staff of NTUAASC, carry any type of liability insurance for the Activity.  By participating in the Activity, I agree to exercise reasonable care and be responsible for my own safety, the safety of my minor family members, and personal belongings.   I hereby voluntarily and willingly assume any and all types of risks of injuries or loss that may occur during or arising from the Activity.

 

By signing the agreement, I agree to hold NTUAASC harmless from any and all claims arising out of or associated with the Activity and further waive my right to bring any claims related to the Activity against NTUAASC, and its respective directors and/or staff.
