邱 and President
詹 hosted a 2007 Taiwan Lantern Festival recognition party
at
御珍樓 on 03/08/2007. NTUAASC was asked to invite all the ad
sponsors. President 詹 and President 邱 are in charge of inviting
supporting organization's leaders. In addition to that, Counsel
men Wen Chang, State Assembly man Bob Hoff, Mayor John Wou, Mayor Matthew
Lin etc. were all invited. Rosalind was given the honor to be the
MC for the party . In the party, Dr. Wei gave a very good appreciation speech to thank everyone' time and effort. And a beautiful plaque was given to the representative of each organizations, and advertisement sponsor. After the plaque ceremony, every guest in the party is given the opportunity to share their feeling about the 2007 Lantern festival.. Philip gave a nice speech on behalf of NTUAASC. Grace shared her feeling as the lead editor of the magazine, Reishier also shared her feeling as on how to get people to sponsor, She also took care one table of sponsors acting as the hostess. The mood of the party was " delightful". The party ended with all made a toast to Dr. Wei and two presidents for the dinner. 100+ attendees were all very happy. The party was a success. NTUAASC is very proud in this festival. We have accomplished our assignments and produced a nice magazine. |
