研究領域摘要 |

用到污染控制及細胞生化反應之 InGaAs/GaAs
量子點紅外線元件, 研究其成長動力學、室溫發光元件及光偵測器。
用於液晶顯示器的氫化及氘化非晶或多晶矽(鍺、碳)薄膜電晶體、神經網路偵測器等材料及元件之研製。2003
年開始奈米矽管場效電晶體的研製。
自 1988
年起開創了中國傳統氣功與人體科學的研究,證實了如手指識字、念力等特異功能的存在,他也發現信息場 (靈異世界)
的存在,並提出“心物合一”理論來解釋這些現象。 |

Research Summary |
|
His current research interests are in the device applications
and the growth kinetics of InGaAs/GaAs strained layer quantum
dot device, InGaAs/InAs room temperature infrared light
emitting diode and photodetector with applications to the
pollution detection and biological reaction of cells. In
addition, he is also interested in the key elements of active
matrix liquid crystal display, i.e., hydrogenated and
deuterated amorphous and poly-silicon (carbon, germanium)
hydrogen material and devices, such as thin film transistors
and neural network image sensors. In 2003, he initiated a
research work on Si nanowire field effect transistor. Since
1988, he pioneered a research work on the Chinese traditional
qigong and somatic science which confirmed the existence of
certain extraordinary abilities of human body, such as
character recognition by finger, psychokinesis, etc. He also
discovered the existence of the information field (spiritual
world), and proposed the “Unification of Mind and Matter” to
explain the phenomena. |
